Hey guys, I’m a new Real Estate investor to Jacksonville, I’ve lived here my whole life and I’m now looking to expand into the Real Estate community. My general question being “what’s a good CoCROI in todays market?”, Appreciate you guys for responding or even looking at my post/question much love y’all.
