Where are the Opportunities in 2023 and beyond

Kate Lee
Posted

Hi - with news of recession around the corner, what are the best real estate asset classes to invest in 2023 and beyond, or better yet the next 3 to 5 years?  (e.g. self storage, multifamily, industrial).  I'm curious how people are pivoting and what trends/opportunities are ahead.  Appreciate your sharing!

Hey Kate!

We are all-in on Self Storage, expecting the next few years to be some of the best ever.  And I'm not the only one on these boards who thinks that way.

We've been preparing for this for years.  Not celebrating, of course, just ready to respond accordingly for what is coming down the pike.
