I am looking into the Worcester County market. Although, I am unfamiliar with the area. What are the best area codes or neighborhoods within Worcester and Fitchburg?

Hi @Irving Vizcaino, I own 17 units in Worcester and know it well. I can comment on some of the highest selling zip codes. Take a look below chart, this is based on 2022 MLS sales data. My buddy @Ian Hogan put it together for our local real estate meetup we host in Worcester. North Worcester tends to be appreciating more than some of the other zip codes. I personally own in the Grafton Hill , Vernon Hill and the Green Hill areas. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
