DSCR Loans??? does anyone know about this product ?

HI BiggerPockets family, 

I have a question, I was watching this video about DSCR loans I am very interested in this product. I own a business and am looking to buy some real estate. does anyone know any lenders that offer this product? also, if you have experience with a DSCR loan please let me know how it's going!

Cory - this product is super popular/common for reasons others have already mentioned. There are tons of lenders who offer DSCR funding. I would suggest speaking to a few lenders and going over what your goals are to determine who would be a good fit. Check online reviews for the lenders you are speaking to and do other basic due diligence. On BP, under the "NETWORK" section on the top there is a list of BP recommended mortgage lenders - that may be a good place for you to start!
