What is the most Affordable Analyzer App alternative to Airdna?

Airdna is super expensive for someone starting out investing in real estate. What is the most affordable analyzer app alternative similar to AirDNA that allows you to analyze a "specific" address/property and see the potential ROI?

and also allows you to see the going short-term and long-term rental rates of the area?

Which app do you prefer for newbies and Why do you like it?

Any other recommended apps besides Mashvisor?  Why?

Forget the Apps. Go on to VRBO (for example) and search the neighborhood you are considering purchasing in. You can see exactly what people are charging and how much they are booked. More accurate than any algorithm, and free.

Good word @Bruce Woodruff

There is also a site that is similar to AIRDNA with a free version called "awning". I have found the data to be useful. Hope that helps!

How much does a new subscription to Airdna cost? I only pay around $100 a month for my market. I think it's a pretty great value. Have they upped the price for new subscribers? I haven't found a free version that I like as much.
