Hi everyone, I'm a new out of country investor here in Birmingham, Alabama.

I tried to look around on Zillow and talked with a few agents and investors on Facebook, and I saw that a lot of people try to avoid from buying at Center Point due to some difficulties that the City of Center Point is putting on investor, and I didn't really understand what exactly are those difficulties and if I should stay away from Center Point as well? or are there some still nice areas in 35215 as well?

I still have a lot of investors buying in Center Point. They believe the city counsil issues will work itself out.
