Market rent for Jersey City apartments

Hi,

I'm new to this website. I'm an office manager of a property management company.

We own several buildings.

How do I find out the Market price for apartments based on the amount of bedrooms?

We use Yardi to manage our data, and the market prices are outdated.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
