Columbus Ohio is great for appreciation. PP is a bit higher around $220k for multifamily https://learn.roofstock.com/bl... We have a lot of huge corporations here like Amazon, The Limited, and Intel moving here. This has just continued to grow our appreciation. The price-to-rent ratio is still good too.

I would also check out Cleveland Ohio https://learn.roofstock.com/bl...
