Kittias county growing faster than Washington

Did you know Kittitas county is growing faster then Washington state? 

Kittitas County's population in 2021 was 45,499. The population grew 2.6 percent from April 1, 2020 through July 1, 2021, faster than the state's 0.4 percent growth rate during this timeframe.

The home price per square foot is increasing faster as well.  Washington state price per SQFT has increased 15.8% over the last 3 years while Kittitas county has increased 20.2%. Making it a great place to invest.
