Anyone an Expert in New Development? I want to partner

Man I really have these grand visions of redeveloping that Broadway area. I see there is a new building going up. There's so many dilapidated buildings in the area. It's a prime area tho. Right near the freeway, the corridor and downtown. I just don't know where to get started
