Milwaukee is a great cashflow market, but you aren't going to see fantastic market growth stats (population, job growth, etc) when looking at Milwaukee. That generally correlates to the levels of natural appreciation you will see. That being said, you can find deals in MIlwuakee that you will walk in at a 10% CoC return in year 1..hard to find that in the more traditonal markets.
