Columbia raw land sold for nearly 2x.

I just sold nearly 30 acres raw land, timber, in Columbia about 45 min south of Nashville.  Was just shy of double in one year.  Feeling a little regret and wondering if I should reinvest in the area or look elsewhere in the country.
