Military Looking to Start Rental Property from overseas

Greetings biggerpockets community!

I’ve been truly inspired by all of the podcasts, videos, and posts from the biggerpockets community and I feel like I’m ready to start investing.

My immediate goal is to purchase a long distance investment property to start cash flow. My optimal first investment property would be a multi-family home I can purchase with little money down.

Long term; I would like to start BRRRR'ing when I move back to the US in a few years and am more able to build relationships with a local team.

I’m having trouble getting to the next step and wanted to see if there’s anyone who has a similar situation and what they did to start investing in cash flowing rental properties while living overseas.

Looking forward to talking with you!

best regards,

chris
