Ampez Rehab Investments

Does anyone have any experience as an investor with Ampez Rehab Investments or the owner Matthew Campbell?  They advertise investor returns of 11%-14% on investor funds that are basically used as hard money loans for rehab projects in the Fresno, CA area.
