Does anyone have a favorite information portal they would recommend? I'm contemplating a subscription to LoopNet in order to locate land and/or properties for development. I have specific criteria in mind but find it difficult to set the filters to suit my needs. Any experience here would be helpful. Thanks!

Serious investors will tell you Loop net is where the bad deals go. Use it to find brokers. Develop a relationship with brokers to get the good deals.

Of course there are deals on Loopnet but Costar is what the pros use. I believe it is much more expensive than Loopnet but worth it if you are in that game. If you are just starting out nothing wrong with just buying a lower level subscription to loopnet. - Ned
