eMortgage Solution.com? Any experience with these guys?

I wasn't sure if this was the right forum to put this. Mods, feel free to move it if it belongs somewhere else.

I found a company called eMortgage Solution and was wondering if anyone had any experience with these guys? I googled all I could and did not find much in the way of reviews, good or bad.

Would it be better to work with a local mortgage broker? I am leery about dealing with an 'internet' mortgage brokerage.

They do claim to be a mortgage 'network' that will find a mortgage for just about anybody. But I am not sure they can do anything a local mortgage broker could do?

I'm just trying to find out what my options are for financing, and if/what I need to increase in order to improve those options. I am essentially looking for possible financing for purchase of investment property - I have no interest in buying a new home for myself.

Looking to buy and hold (lease out) but if financing is a no-go at this time I will probably have to work on another approach.

If anyone has any experience with these guys please let me know.
