Turnkey - Your Thoughts and Experience

We have been doing some reading about turnkey investments and are trying to learn more about the pros, cons, and general whole experience when buying and dealing with turnkeys. We'd love to connect or hear anything you can share about your process. 

We were wondering which ones you, personally, have worked with and recommend or don't recommend. What was your experience like and what pros and cons have you seen with your investment and experience? Would you do it again?
