EXP Realty as an Investor
I am an investor that recently got licensed so that I can start getting paid on all of the leads I send out to local agents. A colleague of mine is moving to EXP and sent me their Policies and Procedures doc. After reading through it, I don't think I will be able to run my business as normal as an investor given all of their rules.
For instance, they do not want you wholesaling at all. I get leads in other markets and wholesaling is really the only way I can monetize those. They also have rules on how you have to go about things when buying or selling properties for yourself.
Is there anyone that is with EXP that is mainly an investor and can share how it impacts their business?

I can confirm you cannot wholesale if you are at EXP. If you attract agents in other markets, they could handle those leads and you would benefit from revenue share.
