Best Turnkey Company for First Time Investor

We are looking to land on a TK company for our first rental. I wanted to hear everyones experience. We have narrowed the search down to Spartan Invest, JWB, or REI Nation.

They all seem pretty similar. Still not sure which one would be better for a first time investor. Any advise would be great.
