Rent to Own with Right Path Housing in Colorado

Has anyone done a deal with Right Path Housing in Colorado?  I was offered a term sheet by them to do a lease purchase contract where they would guarantee the monthly payment and sale by the end of the term.  Just wondering if anyone else had used them?
