Anyone worked with Scott Sklare/Synergy Real Estate in WI?

Investor from Bend Oregon, looking at out of state markets and turnkey providers. Doing my due diligence and asking those that have done business with Scott Sklare/Synergy Real Estate how it went...good/bad whatever is real. I did search, but couldn't find much.
