Issues with padhawk.com

Has anyone else had issues with padhawk customer service? They aren’t returning my emails and their phone number is disconnected. However they continue to charge my account despite trying to cancel. Just a warning to anyone who wants to give it a try. Not sure if the owner is a bigger pockets member or if anyone can help me out.
