I am reseaching how to find private money and came across this company (www.commercialloandirect.com). There is already a thread on PMB International, the other one I was curious about. I'm just trying to understand all this.

The ultimate goal is to take part of a portfolio of properties and mortgage them to raise about a million in capital.
