Rentals and cashout refinancing
Hi all,
I’m planning on buying single home rentals and have researched 2 companies: 1- Memphis invest 2- passive profits consulting. They seem to own their properties and manage them. Management is a little more expensive but if it’s of good quality who not. My two questions are: 1- have you fellow investors worked with any of these companies, if so, what’s your feedback? 2- once I go ahead and purchase a property from them, does anyone have experience with cash out refinancing on these properties to help scale my portfolio? Average homes there are $60-70 k with cash on cash returns of 8-12%. Would any bank be interested in cheaper homes like that as long - of course- they have no issues and are renting?
Thanks all and I appreciate your help
