Is Done Deal Websites better than Carrot and Lead Propeller?

I'm a newbie to the real estate investing market. I was just introduced to a new website, from Done Deal Websites, that offers a website that helps you to attract home buyers & sellers, as well as, attract investors.  Has anyone dealt with this company and if so, was it a good investment for you and why?  How are they in comparison to the more popular Carrot and Lead Propeller websites? Thanks, in advance.
