Chicago Turnkey Companies?

Hi all, I'm new here.  I've been reading up on turnkey options and I think I understand most of the pros/cons, and realize it varies per market.  We are in San Francisco and we travel to both NYC and Chicago a good amount to see family.  Since both SF and NYC aren't realistic options, we were considering a purchasing a rental property in Chicago.

Any recommendations on turnkey companies in the Chicago market?  Not sure if it's even worth it yet.  Thanks!

Thanks @Tom Ott, I've read both of your blogs and will definitely be using these while researching and reaching out to Turnkey companies.  I'm not sure Chicago fits criteria for what you suggested for turnkey target cities.  It has universities and lots of industry, but is sort of post-boom.  I think it's still the most convenient option for me right now though so I will keep digging!

@William Heilbron, yes would love to hear about your experience and which company you end up working with.  Thanks
