Real Estate Agent Buyers List for Investment Properties???

I am licensed in real estate but also an investor. I want to create a buyers list for investment properties. For some reason I have been hesitant to do so for fear I would be breaking a law or something. Are there agents out there marketing to get investors on a buyers list for investment properties? How are you marketing? If you do fb ads do you use your real estate company name? This is for generating an email list. How can I do this ethically?
