Anyone used a Line of Credit with Colony American Finance
Has anyone used a Line of Credit from Colony American Finance to grow their portfolio? Has anyone used the LOC to purchase turnkey properties?
I am thinking of using this strategy to grow my portfolio. It seems like a good way to recycle funds using leverage to grow a larger portfolio.
I saw a few older threads about the Colony American LOC but nothing recent. I am looking for any recent success stories. Thanks all.
