Has anyone dealt with Express Capitol Funding in CA?

I posted this inquiry on another forum and it may have been the wrong place (first post -- eek). Anyway, we were contacted by the company below - we are a very experienced GC (16+ years) in Chicago with excellent credit looking to move our business to the next level and we have spoken to this company regarding hard money financing. Has anyone dealt with them? A few reviews here and there an good BBB rating but not much else I can find:
