Hello fellow BP'ers! I was researching the Holton Wise Property Group in Cleveland, to possibly invest in a turnkey property.  I live out of state.  Has anyone had any experience with this group?  Or do you know of any other turnkey providers in this area?

@Avi Garg no, I didn't end up buying in Cleveland...but I AM closing on my first property this week here in Utah!!!!
