Looking for a good Property Management Company in Phila area

I have been a landlord for about 12 years now with a total of 9 units and have been self managing but I am finally looking to bring on some help as I begin to expand my portfolio.  My current properties are in the suburbs of Phila close to where I live and work however I am looking to purchase some single family houses near Philadelphia universities to target the student rental market.  Does anyone know of a good property management company operating in Phila, preferably one that has experience in the student rental market.
