What do you guys think about this company? I am new to investing and am looking for really good deals. What is your opinion on this turn key option? Do you feel that it is a good way to go? Does anyone have experience with this company, do you recommend them, was a good experience or terrible?

Thank you and sorry for so many questions about this.

Hi Richard -- welcome to BiggerPockets!

Turnkey real estate investing is ideal for people who lack time, knowledge, the network and/or experience to get started or expand their current portfolio.   It is obviously ideally suited for those who want to take a more passive route towards financial freedom using real estate.  Therefore it's not for everybody, but great for most.

Continued success!
