Looking for a realtor in GA for new investor

Hello all 

I am looking for a realtor that is willing to work with a newbie buying rental properties. I am most interested in du, tri, quadplexes that need some work to get myself the best possible buying deals.  I am also open to single family houes, depending on the deal. I live in the Milton  area of Georgia. The area I buy in doesnt matter too much since I will be using a property managment company. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
