Anyone know if Sean Terry partners on deals or buys them outright? I thought I heard someone mention it on a previous thread.

I have been trying to contact him on Facebook but he has too many friends/followers and I am unable to reach out to him due to Facebook putting limitations on the number of friend followers.

I have a 14 acre 55+ development under contract and I am trying to get sold with a partner or a complete sellout. I just have the wherewithal to complete the deal
