Anyone heard of the Perpetual Funding Group in Georgia?

i spoke to this gentleman (Dave) about a week ago regarding funding for a project in NJ and since then he has fallen off the face of earth. The website is no longer accessible and the phone number seems to be to a corporate group that rents office space...strange!
