Just curious if anyone might have experience with this firm in Los Angeles.  They offer a program to match and assist client with the purchase of rental property through their "vendors" which I presume are similar to a wholesaler.  I've read about Jason Hartman offering a similar program and not too familiar with either and if you have any pro/con comments.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks so much!
