My brother has plan to rent out a home and no prior experience.  I'm interested if any fellow BP users might have a good referral for a company that could manage the property for him.  I'd also be very interested if there's a good recommendation for a good tax firm or CPA in the Phoenix area.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions or referrals!

Just curious if anyone might have experience with this firm in Los Angeles.  They offer a program to match and assist client with the purchase of rental property through their "vendors" which I presume are similar to a wholesaler.  I've read about Jason Hartman offering a similar program and not too familiar with either and if you have any pro/con comments.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks so much!
