Have you heard of Funding for Flipping? I am getting a lot of emails from this company saying that they advance funds not only for Rehabs but also for Marketing.

They use your credit score to qualify you and pull out CC lines of credit.  A simple Google search gives you several scam reports as well as information on how the program works/ the fee's associated.  This is so clearly a bad idea and should raise every single investor alarm bell you have.

Does a 0 down 0 interest loan model really sound logical?  This technique, though possible for a very VERY experienced flipper can work, should never ever be recommended to new or even intermediate investors.  This is such a dangerous play please please do not recommend this to one of your students.
