I've got two deals Im currently working on to keep as rentals in Louisville, and I've been having a heck of a time finding a property management company.

I've called all of the big ones on google and haven't really been able to get a hold of anyone, so Im reaching out to you guys!

If you've worked with any good property management companies in the Louisville area that you would like to recommend I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you all in advance!

Alltrade is amazing. They manage over 3000 doors and have the process down to a science. Also, if you buy a house that needs work they will rehab it for you. Not the cheapest on rehab prices, compared to contracting it out yourself l, but very reasonable on property management fees. One of my clients just turned over a 40+ unit complex over to them and they are doing a great job stabilizing it. Inbox me and I'll get you in contact with the right people there.
