Hello!

I'm a newbie to real estate investing. I have one rental property that I have been managing myself for the past few months. As I am looking to expand, I have been thinking about hiring a PM company. I was wondering if anyone have references for a good PM company that manages properties in Chicago suburbs? What are their fees? What services do they provide? Do they take care maintenance stuff like hire lawn care services or clear snow? Thank you for your responses in advance!
