I'm an investor and I'm located in the DC-MD-VA area and I'm looking to get access to the MRIS by way of my status as "Personal Assistant," to an agent or broker. Basically I need an agent or broker to help me sign up for my own MRIS account. I will not be your employee, but in exchange for your help, you will get exclusive agency rights for any properties I buy and/or sell.
