Hi Real estate people.

I have moved some money away from the stock market into a self direct ira a few months ago and have since been checking out various REIA meetups in my area (Dallas, TX)

My day job has been winding down because of business dropping off so I felt like I could invest time in some more active forms of real estate investing.

I attended a walk through of another investors flip.  Over the years he told us he has bought and flipped thousands of properties.  He mainly picks up pre-foreclosures

Anyhow he has a mentor program where you will actually shadow him as he goes door knocking.  However it's not cheap.

I would like to know if anyone has heard of and/or actually worked with this person and could give an opinion before I part with any money
