West Coast Flippers Inc

Hi, has anyone heard of or had experience with West Coast Flippers Inc? It sounds like a perfect team of people that will give you initial training for $600. Then you can use everyone's knowledge, network, and partner up on deals. They also have an annual fee of $1200 the first year and $500 thereafter. I think I can get the same networking on Meetups. This club just guarantees that you're part of their club and opportunity to partner on many deals. Any opinions on their legitimacy? Thanks.

I'm actually wondering the same thing. I just responded to their craigs ad and will be attending their 2 hour introductory seminar in a couple of weeks. I'm looking for other ways to learn investing besides the courses out there that cost thousands. Hoping this is a much cheaper yet still effective way. If anyone has joined this club, I would love to hear about your experience. Thanks!
