good morning BP!!

I've been on the road to credit worthiness for a while now and right when I'm borderline I received a summons. I am now being sued for a car accident from 2013!!! my questions are in regards to establishing an llc.. Since I am being sued am I still able qualify for a mortgage? If not, how do I build credit within a business to secure a mortgage without having to wait another 18-24 months before I get results?
