New Construction Companies in Palisades Park, NJ (Bergen County)

Hello fellow BP'ers,

I'm hoping to solicit the help of some of my Bergen County investors. In my very own borough of Palisades Park, NJ, there has been an incredible amount of New Construction, primarily with duplexes that have been built in the last few years.

Who are some of these investors/companies who are building these homes? Would like recommendations as I may come across some potential knock down and rebuild opportunities in Pal Park.
