JAMES WHITTENBURG message me my first week on BiggerPockets out of nowhere and offered me a loan bad credit is OK and no money down they pay for the rehab cost and only 6% interest. Well me being new and trying to start out investing in real estate I thought this was the real deal and he said I was approved and told me I needed to send the company $555 for a background check and for some reason he wants me to try to send it before Christmas which is weird and when I told him I didn't have the money until the 1st he said it'll be better if I give it to him before Christmas I told him I might be young but I'm not stupid and he said he'll send me some references so I said okay I called the references I could tell it was the same guy I have my girlfriend call one of the numbers and ask for James and sure enough it was the same guy that was offering the loan so he lied on the references so I'm just putting it out there you thinking about using this company don't. IT'S A SCAM
