Anyone going to the "Private Income Property Lunch Event" this Sunday (12/6/2015) in Portland OR.?

Cannot go myself but can't help but wonder how they "buy property for wholesale prices", "get the best properties before the public has access", and "purchase property at all-time low prices before they are bid up by hundreds of other investors."  

If you go, please share their agenda.
