Bid4Assetts and other online auctions

Hello BiggerPockets community. Love the podcast and finally decided to join.

So I occasionally go on bid4assetts and are always interested in the deals that sell on there. I am always tempted to buy one of those properties that is selling for 1,000 for a vacant lot or so. I am wondering if there are any users on here that have bought properties on bid4assetts or know someone that has. What can I expect from bid4assetts and has anyone ever made a decent return on any properties that they have bought from bid4assetts? Advice much appreciated and look forward to being apart of the community!
