Houwzer

I live in philly and there's a start up called Houwzer that i'm thinking of using as my real estate agent. Anyone ever worked with them in the past?

I think their model is really interesting and - they charge the standard 3% commission on the buy side, but on the sell side it's a flat fee of $345 (http://houwzer.com/sellers/). I'd love to support a local startup, but want to hear feedback if anyone has any experience with them.
