Has anyone heard of REI Associates?

Hi everyone, 

I came upon this ad in a job search the other day. It sounds almost too good to be true so I was wondering if anyone here has heard of them or has an opinion on it.

Then I noticed there were dozens of the same postings from all over the country. What do you think the deal is? Are they really offering that type of pay to "train" you in investing? I can't find any info on them online, other than a REI Associates Real Estate in Alabama with not many results. I mean, I'd love to earn that kind of money while I learn property investing, but somehow I don't think that's going to be the case.
